We (Cigar Empire) ship our products via UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL. We use climate-controlled shipping containers to ensure that the cigars arrive in perfect condition. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 2-5 business days. Except for overnight delivery that arrives the next day.

Here are the shipping options available from Cigar Empire:

• Standard Shipping: This is the default shipping option and Orders shipped via standard shipping typically arrive within 3-4 business days.
• Priority Shipping: With is option, orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
• Free Shipping: Cigar Empire offers free shipping on orders over $500.

If you are shipping to an international destination, you will need to pay for shipping. Cigar Empire will calculate the shipping cost for you during checkout.

Our return and refund policy are as follows:

• Returns: You may return any unused product within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
• Restocking Fee: A 12% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
• Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us (Cigar Empire) within 3 days of delivery. Cigar Empire will replace or refund the damaged product.

To return a product, you must first contact Cigar Empire by email or phone. You will then be provided with a return authorization number. You must include the return authorization number with your returned product.

Returned products must be in resalable condition. This means that the products must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Once we receives your returned product, we will process the return and issue you a refund or exchange. The refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method.
